Triluxmavel Refund and Returns Policy

At Triluxmavel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, our refund and returns policy is designed to make the return process easy and straightforward. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) must be provided.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Items that are damaged or defective after use.
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, or items marked as final sale.
  • Personalized or customized products.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully repackage the product in its original condition, including any accessories or parts. Clearly write your return authorization number (RAN) on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note the following:

  • Refunds will not include shipping charges unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
  • If your payment method was a gift card, the refund will be issued as a store credit to your account.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as for returns. However, please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@triluxmavel.com or (817) 297-8732. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@triluxmavel.com for further assistance.

8. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
